We have a Cisco 110 series switch (SG110D-08HP) included in our products (medical xray equipment). Our notified body (Intertek) requires a 60950 test report to make compliance of our product easier. Our goal is to get it marked as "tested in appliance" in our product. Is this a document that is available? If Cisco does not want to share this information, it could be sent directly to Intertek, our notified body, as many companies do.
