Nexus Dashboard 3.2 api requires a X-Csrf-Token. How does one get?

Looking at doing some api posts.  Starting with ND 3.1, it seems a X-Csrf-Token header needs to be included.  How does one get/create the X-Csrf-Token?  what is the difference between a authcookie and cookie?

I see two ways documenting this. One must be right one says you get this via the UI and use this another days via developer tools in your browser.
