We have an existing UCCX 11.6 HA environment and want to frontend it with Citrix Netscaler for Finesse desktop logins so that agents are automatically re-directed to the master UCCX/Finesse server.
Does anyone have experience they would be willing to share on doing this with UCCX 11.6?
