Hello all,
I am currently trying to verify the maximum number of IPv4 host routes suppoted on Nexus 9500 devices. I have found some Cisco documents but I would like to know if it is a fixed number or it depends on which features are enabled in the Nexus switches.
I have found in Data Sheets that the nexus 9500 supports 208,000 IP host entries but I cannot find anything regarding if this number could be different depending on the enabled features/protocols.
I have also found this:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus9000/sw/6-x/scalability/guide/b_Cisco_Nexus_9000_Series_NX-OS_Verified_Scalability_Guide_612I21/b_Cisco_Nexus_9000_Series_NX-OS_Verified_Scalability_Guide_612I12_chapter_01.pdf
Where you can see that the verified number of IPv4 host routes is 88,000, which is a lower number that I found in Data Sheets.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
