Does anyone know of any good books for challanages of running a SMB?
please see the following link for a very good paper by allan gibb. its references are many professors, etc. from around the world.
it is not straight forward, here's a list of challenges. it is more theory and the skills required to overcome them.

Hey JBayuka,
I am not a business major by any means. I can tell you that as a geek that would rather be watching Star Trek then balancing a checkbook, the two books I liked and would pass on to any SMB owner would be:
- Why Business People Speak like idiots; Fugere
- Dealing with Darwin; Moore
These are not boring and really have a great amount of lessoned learned.
