Cisco's standard EOS/EOL policy applies. NSO is categorised as "application software" in this context. We will post an EOS announcement six months prior to EOS. There will be regular maintenance releases for a year after EOS, and then end of support/life follows three years after EOS. See the illustration below.

Note: We recommend all customers to plan for at least one upgrade per year, where they upgrade the latest available NSO version, so that they are not left behind on an old version. Please help communicate this to your customer!
