NSO disconnects the NETCONF connection a few seconds after it has done whatever it needed to do so nope, you cant rely on it to see of the device reboots or something like that. If you subscribe to some NETCONF notifications on the device then you would get an alarm saying the device got disconnected. What is it that you would like to accomplish?
