NSO - Viptela unsupported

Hi,

 

I'm a new bee , while trying to integrate, was able to proceed till on boarding the device to NSO.  Right now, got stuck at "sync" status with "unsupported"

 

NSO 4.7

nso-4.7.1-sdwan-1.3.0

nso-4.7.1-vBranch-1.5.0

 

devices device vmanage-1 check-sync
result unsupported

 

Any clue / directions  .. kindly help

The message means that check-sync is not supported for that device type. Typically because it would be unreasonably expensive and/or wouldn't tell you much of interest. So this doesn't indicate a problem of any kind by itself.

so if i do the config changes  in NSO and push, would it reflect in the vManage?

Yes, im able to create config in NSO and could see it in the Device ...
so , the check-sync is not supported ... but functionality worked.

question : if so, how do it validate all my devices are "insync" .. this is the one of the necessity of NSO ? .... so it means, the device team has to enable this feature in their product ?
