Hi NSO experts,
Our team recently did a NSO system install on our shared server instead of our usual local install on our personal computers and have hit some snags.
We tried running the service package on the system install that runs successfully on our local computers but every time, the request gets a "Transaction not found (61): No such transaction" error. I've attached this error to this.
We dug deeper and went into each NED and tried to configure them individually outside of the service via the ncs_cli with one or two lines of config. Unfortunately for our IOS and ASA NEDs, we get this error: "External error in the NED implementation for device" saying invalid input detected. For the ASA, the test config we put in was a simple ssh config line: "ssh 1.2.3.4 255.255.255.255 inside". The commit dry-run for this commands work but the commit fails with the above error. I've attached the log from devel.log because our ncs-python-vm.log is empty.
If anyone has had this issue or can help us debug further, any input would be helpful! We're using the same NED version in our local install and we have double and triple checked that our NED version and our NSO version match. We even checked connectivity to the device from our shared server.
