Testing Automation for a generic NSO Service Provisioning Package

Abstract
The development of high-quality NSO packages also results from extensive testing. In this session, Cisco CX will share its experience on how using Cisco CXTA keywords and the Robot framework with a general (not package or test case-specific) approach internally has enabled to test of multiple NSO service provisioning packages using the same robot codebase. In this case, and as per Cisco CX experience, the flexibility, code re-usability, and possibility to add new packages to the testing process without writing any new robot code definitely overcome the disadvantages coming from the additional robot code complexity.
