yes! You need a performance license: FL-4330-PERF-K9 ; see Table 6

You can buy additional License to get more than 100MB, since 100MB is default for that model. But max it can go upto 300MB only.

Note : ISR 4K Models are end of life, so invest in proper model to support in the future. (also check with cisco the License you buying can be moved to new models Like Cat 8200 to get some discount.)
