We will need some more details to be able to give you a good answer to this:
Does it have any log entries that could be relevant?
Does it switch locally(access-port to access-port) once it becomes unavailable from remote?
What does it look like from your Meraki switches? Can you still see it through CDP? Any spanning-tree events observed?
