It should have warranty by default, you can contact Cisco support to validate the same.
Cisco Business 220 series smart switches are offered with 3-year limited hardware warranty with return to factory replacement. This warranty also includes complementary one-year phone or online chat support by Small Business Support Center and software updates for the warranty term.

Hello @Legacy ,
if you are located in Europe, where Cisco usually sells through distribution partners, you should contact the distribution partner that sold you the CBS.
Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, as @Devaa suggested. I contacted Small business 1 866 606 1866 (U.S. and Canada). Looks like there is no such process of hardware registration. But, support can raise hardware RMA's or replacements if the device is under warranty. They can lookup using the serial #. For software support(which I am not interested) customer needs to have smartnet contract which they can purchase from Cisco partners.
