Cannot download software from Cisco without full address... but I've entered it already?

Hello there, first time on the forum.

I recently needed to download a version IOS 12.2 to enable the use of the web UI on my Catalyst 3750G switch. I have already registered a Cisco account, but their website stubbornly refuses to allow me to get the file, due to me 'not having entered my full address'.

Thing is, I have entered it - but there could be an issue there, as I'm independent and have no affiliation with a company that uses Cisco equipment.

As far as I can tell, the system just outright rejects it without really telling me, and I'm back to square one again.

 

Is there any way to fix this or get around this issue?
