ccsp recertification..urgent.

I am Debabrata paul.Cisco ID- CSCO11003128.My ccsp certification going to expire on 16/07/14(dd/mm/yy).as per cisco website i have to pass any 642/300 seris exam.so i appear for cisco ip switching(642-812) and pass on 11/07/2014.but still my ccsp certification showing expired on 16/07/14 in cisco certification tracking tool.plz solve the proble and guide me.

Hi ,

 Do you see on tracking tool , that you have Cleared Exam 642-812 and your valid till 2017 . Else use below link for support .

I pass the CCNP IP Switching EXAM CODE 642-813...But is it sufficient for my CCSP recertification..
