I am trying to register our CSPC/SNTC, followed the instructions outlined in the Collector Service Registration Guide, sent an email to confirm email address. But have not received additional information and regarding the Service Certificate File. What else is required in order for me to get the CSPC registered and start collecting. I have had this change request since the 2/10/2023 and need to complete it. Please assist and getting someone to move the deployment along. I open a case with TAC and was directed to the PSS Community Support.
