Missing instructor token for CCNA Class, no support response
we were supposed to be granted Cisco Lab access about 15 hours ago and our instructor is still missing a working instructor token. We can't continue course, high prio tickets are opened for 15 hours also. "A technical engineer will return your call within 15 minutes." Unless 15 minutes isn't a printing error (15 hours, days, weeks?) you missed your SLA here.
Solved, after 27 hours we received new login information. Still it is very poor from support.
