Product Returns & Replacements (RMA) access query

Hi!
Our team member would like to create our own RMA online as he is the acknowledgement contact on the RMA and also is the originator of the RMA.
Meanwhile, we also submitted a request access on the Feedback Link for several times, but no get any feedback from you.

Therefore we request again, however still does not any feedback again.

Wondering if you could please advise who can help us to this request or how we can get approval for the access?
