I am a manager of team of 16 phone users. I am trying my best to understand the reports that we have access to, but there is too much, and not enough in the way of explanation. Is there a training class I can attend to learn more about the system, its functions, the terminology, etc?

Just wondering what are the applications you run in your infra. Is it CUCM, CME or any hosted services. Any Voicemail, Contact center services etc

I am sorry to have to admit it, but I don't know what any of that means. The tab is entitled "Cisco Finesse." We do have voice mail. Does this help?
