SNTC old record.

I am a new hire in our company, recently, I am working on inventory of our company's Cisco Devices. I am facing a problem when I use SNTC (smart net Total care). 

I am using cspc collect date, and then send to SNTC portal. from my side, everything look great. But my manager have some problem, he has SNTC Company admin Account too. He got this account 2 years before mine, and his account is related with old record, there are 2 problems. 

1 under admin -- users, there is a user name belongs to our partner company, we don't need it, but we couldn't delete it. 

2 under library -- all collector, still the old one, it is not related with the new collector I created. 

I tried to use inventory deletion, but doesn't work. 

if anyone knows what I should do, Please help me, thanks a lot.
