SNTC Portal Uncovered Devices

Hi,

 

I have a customer (Duke Energy Corporation) who has devices showing as Uncovered in their SNTC Portal.

 

When I search the serial numbers in Cisco Commerce the devices are in fact covered.

 

Is there a way to correct this so my customer is seeing accurate info in their SNTC Portal.
