No discovery information currently available

Hello,

in spite of resetting my ON100, rebooting, rediscovering, ... the dashboard only shows "No discovery information currently available"; in the events history (informational) I see several discovered devices... Why don't they show up?

After running the ON100 for the first time I already had the devices in my dashboard, but I did a reset to start from the beginning...

Any suggestions?

Hi Mitja,

Have you tried a factory reset? Hold down the reset button for 20 seconds.

Same situation as before after the reset: Discovery activity is shown in events (see picture) but no devices show up...

...well, at the end it helped to delete the corresponding customer. Now the devices are shown in the dashboard.

That was going to be my next step. Glad it is back up now.
