Hi Neilson,

This issue is related to a current defect we have open at this time. We understand the defect and will be resolved soon. This fix will be in the release update, which is slated for around 10/20 at this time..

Also, we did receive your enhancement request, which I have made note of for a future release.

It also happens to me, I am not able to see the status of the support contracts, warranty tab is ok so far.

Any update about this?

Could you please verify your CCO has those support contracts attached to it?

Yes I did, and I have valid contracts under my CCO, just the cisco on-plus doesn't show anything, and it would be quite handy.

And yes, I am using scanner.

Hi Luis,

We have discovered an issue causing the support contracts to not display. We have a fix for this and will have it committed within the next few days. I will provide an update once this is complete.

On some of the scans you have completed, I see some of them are only Partial Entitlement, so these will only provide the current state of the contract and not the contract details. In order to see the full contract details, the user's Cisco.com credentials need to be associated to the contract. We can not bypass the existing entitlement requirements that Smartnet contracts have. The owner of the contract can assign addition users to contracts for viewing the contract details, once that is done the additional information such as expiration date and contract type would show up.

Ok, clear.

Just one question, is there any estimated date? just asking in order to check it, since I am in the middle of renewal support contracts and it will be quite handy for that.

Yes, no change at all.

I just deleted all devices and I executed a new scan, contracts are not showed yet.

What portal are you using? You should be using www.cisco-onplus.com.
