OnPlus - Beta - European - reporting PDF format not working

We are now trialing the Beta site in Europe - onplusbeta.com - much of the functions is the same as the US onplus site.

The US site we have been able to create reports in the PDF format.

Q: Reporting on the Beta site - it is possible to produce CSV and XHTML reports - BUT cannot produce PDF format, generates "Error"

Can you provide an answer, or a fix to why PDF reports cannot be created.

Please feel free to post any feedback or issues encountered here in the community!

Regarding the reports not working, we're having an issue with the .pdf generator at the moment. We'll get this fixed in a maintenance window, hopefully about 24 hours from now. We're testing a fix now.

Reports should be working now for the EU trial, please let us know if you find otherwise. You'll need to re-create the reports, and you should clear out any old errored reports.
