OnPlus is currently experiencing a service outage

We are currently experiencing a service outage caused by a failure on our primary location server for North America. Users homed to this server will not be able to login to OnPlus until we correct this. OnPlus Service Engineers are currently working on a solution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this service outage and will update this forum as we work toward a solution.

OnPlus is currently experiencing a service outage

Randall - One of my ON100 devices went off line during this outage and has never come back on.  I've had the device power cycled, but still doesn't register.  Any ideas?

Hi Todd,

Have you tried a factory reset? Hold the reset down for 20 seconds and then re-register it.

I haven't tried that yet.  I have NTOP configured and data collection / graphing history.  If I reset to factory - will I loose all that?
