OnPlus Portal Login

Anyone experienced an issue with the Portal lately on login, where you get the error message "Your account is still processing, please try again later"..? This isn't a new account, it's been up and running with OnPlus for over a year.

I cannot access the Portal.

www.cisco-onplus.com is not recognize by google DNS server (8.8.8.8)

I confirm the same. No web portal and iOS Apps aren't connecting anymore either.

Looks like its back up now.

Methinks cisco need a proactive monitoring device that generates alerts when outages occur....
