onplus web stats not show up

            We have several onplus devices installed and 2 of them don't show WAN Stats the dispalys comes up but no data..any ideas?

The WAN stats do take some time to populate. Have you given it a day or so and checked back to see if they are populating?

Also, verify UDP port 14931 is allowed to initiate outbound connections to/from the network that the ON100 is located on. This is for WAN Network Performance Monitoring.

the customer on one site has RTP traffic directed in the 10000-20000 range can I change to 14931 port?

The 14931 port cannot be changed.

The port UDP 14931 is at the Cisco portal side of the connection and can't be changed, but at the ON100 side of the connection the traffic is generated on a random port destined towards the portal's port 14931 UDP. No port-forwarding should be necessary at the network hosting the ON100, the traffic should return to whichever random UDP port it left that network from. If the ON100 is behind a NAT router, and ports 10000-20000 are restricted as to who can send to them (for use with RTP traffic), then that NAT router must take care to not use ports 10000-20000 for any outbound traffic other than RTP.
