I am looking for a way to block amazon videos while not blocking the full Amazon site itself. Is there a way to do this?

OpenDNS can block by domain name only, not by content type like images, videos, scripts, etc. If the Amazon videos are hosted on one or more distinctive domains, then you can block these while adding them to your "always block" list.
I have experimented a bit, and it seems that blocking the domain fls-na.amazon.com is a good starting point.

I had a hard time blocking as well.. (2020)
The video, movie and Television categories blocked. But Amazon Prime tv would still work.
But blocking amazon.com would block music and alexa (Echo's running in the house).
I was able to block it by blocking... Finally!!!!!
amazonvideo.com
and
primevideo.com

amazonvideo.com is tagged as CDN, it should be tagged as movies
