Can't pass test

I changed my DNS addresses in my router and they tested OK. A few days later (today) I saw the registration process on the website and registered. Now when I run the "Test" it shows the "Oops" dialogue. I have since answered my registration email and registered my IP address through the system on your site. I am still getting the "Oops" dialogue. I have cleared both caches, also.

I replied, repeatedly, that it DID NOT PASS. I don't know how else to say it. If you want to know exactly what it said here it is (but I have done everything it said to do, or recommended to do): Oops… You aren’t using OpenDNS yet. Let’s fix that. If you haven’t restarted your computer yet, please do that now. Why didn’t it work? The Oops page may be cached by your browser, even if you’re using OpenDNS. Try this additional test first: Visit internetbadguys.com. It should be blocked as a phishing site. Otherwise, it will tell you that it’s a demonstration site. You may need to restart your web browser, computer, and router. Try searching our knowledge base to find answers to your question. I've tried several things that I could find in the knowledge base, but nothing there helped either. That is why I posted my question here. I am using a WNDR3400v3 router. When you log in to the router it shows the "Basic" page. From that you click on Internet and that is where your setup is. This is where you can see/change the DNS Server numbers. The same page is also under Advanced -->Internet-->Setup. Both pages show exactly the same thing for the DNS addresses: 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

"I had a "router outage" this morning - some kind of update at my ISP."

This is most likely the reason for your problem, not doing something at the dashboard.  For example, your ISP may have started to hi-jack your DNS traffic.

Copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands here:

   nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com 208.67.220.220

   nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
