Has anyone figured out how to configure a Cisco/Linksys E4200 to use OpenDNS for the IPv6 domain name resolution?
I had to disable IPv6 on my router because I haven't been able to figure out how to fix this.
I am running stock firmware version 1.0.5 on a E4200v1

This is the problem: "IPv6 DNS configuration on your router." I am unable to find any IPv6 DNS configuration...

No, you can't configure any static IPv6 DNS resolver addresses there.
But you can flush your router with an alternative firmware like Tomato, OpenWRT or DD-WRT and the likes. ;-)

I have since learned that openDNS doesn't to filtering for IPv6...
"Additional functionality, like Web content filtering, malware and botnet protection, phishing protection, and more will be available on different IPs when IPv6 support is added to the OpenDNS Dashboard in the coming months"
So... for now, there isn't much point.

This is true only for the Pv6 sandbox addresses. However, ::ffff:d043:dede and ::ffff:d043:dcdc are not the sandbox addresses, but the IPv6 equivalent presentation of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. So, there is content filtering and everything with IPv6 too. If you want so, these are the "different IPs".

Yes, this is totally right regarding OpenDNS' IPv6 sandbox addresses.
But what I said is in accordance with the statements of another staff member in another thread:

These are just the IPv4 addresses (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220) mapped into IPv6. This doesn't actually use IPv6 and not all IPv6 stacks support mapped addresses (see the Wikipedia article on IPv6 for more info), but it may help you out without having to disable IPv6 completely.
This should work for most Linux devices, Windows post XP and OS X. Basically anything that uses a unified IPv4 and IPv6 stack. If it doesn't work, just disable IPv6 ;-)
An example of this working:
linode:~$ dig @::ffff:d043:dede myip.opendns.com +short
74.207.x.x
