I am new to Open DNS,, I have twitter and google hangouts IP addresses as well as others that show up and no one in my location has this, I have verified this before asking,, I also have huge amount of traffic on some days,,, and almost zero traffic the next ?? is this normal ? if it shows a IP address such as Yahoo, mail log in,,, does than mean someone is actually accessing a yahoo mail account?

Hi there,
Thank you for contacting Umbrella Support and sorry to hear that you are having issues. It sounds like IP address may have changed but our service was not updated with your current IP. To keep your IP up to date on our service, please use our [OpenDNS dynamic Updater tool](https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987807-Dynamic-IP-Windows-Updater-Documentation). This will ensure that your traffic report is correct.

"places no one has been to"
Yes, this is absolutely the case. A DNS service can see and show only your DNS traffic, not your web traffic, i.e. it can show no "places no one has been to".
"if it shows a IP address such as Yahoo, mail log in,,, does than mean someone is actually accessing a yahoo mail account?"
Did you mean "domain name" instead of "IP address"? And no, as I said, it cannot indicate what someone was trying to access. It reflects only that a DNS query for this domain name has been raised by a networking application (not by a human who usually do not raise DNS queries).
If you see domain names listed which are highly unlikely to be expected, then your network was apparently associated with a wrong IP address, as tochan2 said, so you collected someone else's stats, not yours.
