Content filtering is completely broken as it is blocking categories that are not marked
developer.apple.com/news/releases
This site was blocked due to the following categories: Research/Reference
Yet I have not marked that category

Still facing this strange bug as it is ignoring my settings that I have set in OpenDNS for over 10 years

This may be a stpd question, but, do you see your request in the activity logs in the dashboard as blocked?
I'm considering two scenarios:
#1 If you have another policy where this is blocked, and you're now using that policy?
#2 something else has changed (public ip and whatnot), and you're not in control anymore, but some other Umbrella/OpenDNS customer. (I've seen this happen, and in this case you wouldn't see any of your requests in the logs.)

Nothing listed there, no other policy ever set since I set up OpenDNS

Hello,
Are you still encountering this problem and if so, what is the email address associated with your OpenDNS account?

I am, sent a PM
I see it on public wifi sometimes with places that would not be using OpenDNS

Helllo,
Please create support request and in that request please download and run our diagnostic tool via the support article below from a computer that is experiencing the issue. When the test starts it will ask you if you want to enter in a domain to test. In this field type in www.internetbadguys.com
After the test completes, copy and paste the Diagnostic number into this ticket. If you are experiencing difficulties copying the URL from the diagnostic tool, please use the steps at http://www.take-a-screenshot.org to take a screenshot of the diagnostic tool after it finishes.

I already have a support case but they have refused to help wanting me to put in stuff in a profile that makes no sense for a home user.
Not sure when I can test again

It is a Cisco ticket as previously stated not OpenDNS ticket as there is where I was pointed to, and it is still active, waiting on their response.

Hello,
As stated previously we can not find that request. I can assist you with the problem but will need you to create a OpenDNS request.
Thank you,
