Hi All,
Im using office outlook to receive and send email, my email server is gmail.com after activating and now functioning opndns I am not able to send and receive mails via office outlook anymore, is there any solution you could share that will resolve this issue.

What error messages are you receiving from Outlook? The error messages are there for a purpose, namely to help people diagnose problems beyond "it won't work"
Without any additional information it sounds likely that your OpenDNS settings are blocking one of the domains that gmail needs to function with your software. Look in your logs and stats to see what is being blocked and either whitelist that domain or domains, or stop blocking the category that it belongs to

Visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains to see what Microsoft or Outlook related domains are being blocked by your settings, and unblock or whitelist those, as mattwilson9090 said.
If you cannot find related domains, then your issue is most likely unrelated to using OpenDNS.
