You can't. OpenDNS, like all DNS systems looks up domain names and returns the corresponding IP address. All of it's filtering and other features are based on the domain name that is looked up.
If you want to blacklist or whitelist at the IP address level you'll need to do it with your router, or other locally running software, not your DNS service.
