What of the three sentences don't you understand? I'm trying to explain.
"Your IP () does not match the one you are trying to verify.
If you can, please click the link from that IP address to verify it."
Registering and updating a dashboard network must come from the IP address you are trying to register. They say that you came from a different IP address, and that you should verify the IP address by connecting from this IP address. Your IP address is what is shown at e.g. http://myip.dnsomatic.com/
"If you cannot, please contact us and explain your ownership/management of the IP address in question."
I think this sentence does not require further explanation, does it?
