Whitelist still limited to 25 domains after OpenDNS VIP migration

Hello,

I previously had an OpenDNS VIP/Home subscription.
According to the official Cisco/OpenDNS announcement, all VIP/Home accounts were automatically migrated to the free OpenDNS Home service in April 2024, with the domain whitelist/blacklist quota increased from 25 to 50 domains.

However, in my dashboard I am still restricted to 25 domains.

• The dashboard still shows the upgrade message.

• The store link for VIP upgrade is no longer available (404 error).

• Screenshots attached show the issue.

👉 Could you please confirm if my account has been migrated correctly and apply the updated 50-domain quota?
I would like to keep all my current settings, public IPs, and login credentials unchanged.

You need your account amended to get the 50 whitelist entries available.

There is no action required by you to receive the product improvements. All existing settings and preferences in your OpenDNS dashboard will remain untouched.
