Dear all,
I am a new one who will start register deal online. By the way I have already done but I didn't get any discount %.
How long we can know how many percent we get for that deal?

In this link you will find all the process and tools for partners within CCW, regarding Configuration, Deal and Quote submission, Ordering and Supported Offerings.
If this is an issue regarding any specific deals that you have in place, you can create a case online at www.cisco.com/go/prt or call PRT (Cisco Partner Relationship Team) at 1-800-553-6387 options 5,1,3,1.
