Can we use GLC-LH-SMD for 10km transmit ?

Up to 10 kms, yes.  GLC-LH-SM can be used.

Hopefully we are talking here Dark Fibre ?  if SDH equiment involved you do not required 10KM SFP here.

Make sure verify before buying, since these SFP are expensive one.
