Incoming Payload Signal Absent alarm on 10gb DWDM setup

When I pass my 10Gb ethernet DWDM signals (from a cisco EWDM mux) into the com RX port of my OPT-AMP-17C the node is reporting "Incoming Payload Signal Absent" which doesn't make sense to me in an ethernet DWDM environment.  This is a lab setup, so when I remove the AMP from the mix my two DWDM endpoints link up without issue.  I'm seeing good input signal on my com RX port as well.   What does LOS-P really mean in this context?

Josh, it would be better if you open a Cisco TAC case.

I solved the issue, I forgot to update.  The LoS threshold was not set, so even though it had a signal it was still setting off the alarm.  Once that parameter was set it started working.
