We have AT&T AVPN as are Primary ISP and we just got another IPS for redundancy so if AT&T was to go down we would have a backup. We are using the AT&T cloud base firewall but we also still have  a cisco ASA that we are only using for VPN we are also using 2 Nexus 3500 Switch as are core. I would like to know how do we get this setup and what other equipment will we need

Question is :

you want to setup VPN to New ISP, or just fail over ?

On high level to get concept - If it is  just a fail over, you can use IP SLA to track First link if that fails, then route the traffic to Seconds new link.

there many examples around in the configuration example guides.

Let me know any specifically you look so i can point to right direction or document.
