ROADM VS OADM

Hi,

I am new to optical networ. Learning DWDM and came cross this concept. Does anyone know what is the differences between ROADM and OADM?

OADM = Optical Add Drop Multiplexer

ROADM = Reconfigurable Optical Add Drop Multiplexer
