SFP-10G-ER on CWDM?

A standard SFP-10G-ER is supposed to run transmit/receive on 1530 to 1565 nm, is it possible to use this over a 1550 nm channel in a CWDM solution like the CWDM-OADM4-2= ?

I trying to find a cheap way to combine a 10G Ethernet and a 4G FiberChannel (with DS-CWDM4Gxxxx) over the same fiber pair.

Unfortunately, the SFP-10G-ER is not compatible with a CWDM filter.  CWDM filters require CWDM lasers with narrower pulses that are tuned to the specific CWDM frequency.

What is the fiber distance?

Okay, are there any alternative solutions? It's about 25 km

Can I use one channel in a CWDM-OADM4-1= for the FiberChannel link, then add a EWDM-OADM2= and use a DWDM-SFP10G for the 10G Ethernet link and run it over the same dark fiber?

Yes, based upon a "typical" 25km fiber link, you should be able to use the CWDM & DWDM components you outlined above to create a point-to-point 4G CWDM & 10G DWDM link over two dark fibers. This is prefaced on the dark fiber's total link loss at 1550nm being less than 8dB of loss.
