show interface transceiver details not working

when i type the command sh int gi 2/0/20 transceiver detail, i am seeing the error like below 

DOM is not implemented for the transceiver.

Diagnostic Monitoring is not implemented.

kindly me me to solve the problem..

Hey!

Can you share the Switch Model, Software Version and the output of "sh int gi 2/0/20"?

DOM is not available with all types of SFPs..

As already noted by Julian, not all transceivers support DOM.

Usually only found on the long-haul (80K) optics.

as others noted, you do not have capable SFP to provide that details of DOM
