SONET 1545 WONT BOOT AFTER SOFTWARE UPGRADE

I upgraded my Sonet 1545 this morning.   The upgrade looked good.   I was able to download, install and activate the software.  I rebooted the ONS and now It will not boot.  The lights just blink.   I am not that well versed in this to determine how to get the system back.  I see that there are flash cards on the main boards but I am not sure how to proceed

I had a similar situation on the Cisco ONS 15454 MSTP.

I hope you did save the database from NE.

You can try connect to ONS Control Cards vi console RS-232 port and see any message about error.

The RS-232 port is used to connect to the Transaction Language 1 (TL1) management interface. In TL1

mode, the RS-232 port runs at 9.6 Kbps without any flow control. Unlikely to help.

Or install this control card (TCC2,TCC2P, TCC3..) from your node into another node how standby card. Active card do procedure format standby card.You get working standby control card. Then do similar procedure for 2-nd card and

Restore the Database for both card (if you want).
