X2-10GB-ER-RF not working

Hello everyone,

We recently purchased some X2-10GB-ER-RF and they are giving us challenges.The fiber syncs and the links come up,cdp neighbors is okay but we are failing to get any pings between the links.The devices are connected about 3 meters apart and we are using attenuators.

what device and software are these running on ?

Thank you for your response.I am using them on a CISCO7609-S running IOS Version 15.2(2)S1.

Is it running off an RSP720 using single mode fiber yes ?
the software is fine for that optic , just require v12
