I am getting a MEA-AIP alarm on a 15454. I changed the AIP and still get the alarm. Has anyone experienced this before. Thanks.

You did not specify the type of chassis and Fan tray that you have.
It is possible that you are using an AIP card without a fuse with a chassis or fan tray that require 5amp fuse.
Change your AIP card to the AIP with fuse.

It is possible that you have a bad AIP card. But first try and resit your active TCC card at a maintenance window. If this does not fix the issue, replace AIP if you have a spare otherwise call Cisco TAC if you have support contract and have the AIP RMAed.
