6509 SPSTBY: %Error: write byte status 0xE7

My Catalyst 6509 ( IOS version : 15.1(2)SY11 ) have the following error message :

Sep 30 14:43:01: SPSTBY: %Error: write byte status 0xE7
Sep 30 14:43:02: %SYS-SPSTBY-3-LOGGER_FLUSHED: System was paused for 2y20w to ensure console debugging output.

Please help to advise me what is the problem?

Raise a TAC Case and ask them to confirm if this is CSCsi68355.
