Can i get a special switch operating under 1% humidity?

Are there Cisco switches that can operate in special environments?

In particular, i'm looking for a switch that can operate at less than 1% humidity.

The IE switches are designed for 5% humidity.  

I do not believe Cisco has one designed for this extreme condition.

What environmental conditions warrant less than 1% humidity? If this is a vacuum chamber why do you need a switch in the chamber -- can't you run cables and grommetts?
