CBS350 SFP

I have a fiber connection between a Cisco SBS350 switch and a Netgear. Everything was working fine for several weeks until I decided to upgrade the Cisco firmware. After the upgrade the fiber port is showing "operationally down". I rolled back the firmware and still no connection.

I should also add that that switch has another fiber connection to an identical Cisco and that one stayed up after the upgrade.

have you taken the backup of config, before and after post-upgrade? check on the interface is there config changed?

The only option I can see here is to reset to factory and test it.
