Cisco CTM 8.5 supported NE table. Can NE version 03.41-002K-08.22, 04.00-003C-08.05, 04.10-003F-20.23 be upgraded to a higher version without a hardware upgrade to the node. In CTM I am receiving a Inservice Unreachable. Is there anything that I can do to get those to become Inservice Available
